聚乙烯基己内酰胺抑制甲烷水合物的实验研究

摘    要:研发水合物动力学抑制剂(KHI)部分替代传统的热力学抑制剂是近年来国内外水合物研究的热点之一。聚乙烯基己内酰胺(PVCap)是目前最佳的KHI主剂之一。研究其水合物抑制机理、效果、实验评价方法、配方及现场应用条件具有重要意义。为此,利用高压搅拌式实验仪对聚乙烯基己内酰胺(聚醚类作助剂)对甲烷水合物生成的抑制性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:PVCap具有较好的水合物抑制效果,在低剂量(有效质量分数小于3%)时,浓度越大其抑制效果越好。同时研究了流动条件(搅拌速率)对实验结果的影响,发现在不同的搅拌速率下,抑制剂的抑制效果大不相同。另外发现,过冷度越低抑制时间越长,但过冷度超过10 ℃后,PVCap的水合物抑制效果就变得不明显。

Abstract:The researches and development of the kinetic hydrate inhibitors (KHIs) have attracted great attentions which aim at taking the place of the traditional thermal hydrate inhibitors. Polyvinylcaprolactan (PVcap) is one of the best KHIs found so far in industry. The researches on its mechanism, performance, laboratory appraisal method, formula, and the on site application are of great importance. In this paper, the inhibition performance of PVcap solutions on methane hydrate was evaluated by using a high pressure stirring tank reactor. Experiment results showed that in relatively low PVcap concentration range (e.g. less than 3%wt), the inhibition efficiency of PVcap solutions (added with other synergetic chemicals) increased with PVcap concentration. It also found that the performance of PVcap solutions (hydrate induction time) is not stable and is affected by many factors, such as stirring rate and sub cooling. High stirring rate can reduce the effect of PVcap on hydrate inhibition. Moreover, PVcap's performance is also greatly affected by the degree of sub cooling, the higher the degree of sub cooling is, the shorter the hydrate induction time will be. However, the effect of PVcap on methane hydrate formation became insignificant when the degree of sub cooling is over 10 ℃.
