摘    要:聚胺钻井液是一类在钻井液中加入聚胺抑制剂而得到的具有代替油基钻井液潜力的新型高性能水基钻井液,最近几年在国外现场得到了较好的应用,在解决高造浆、高水敏地层的钻井作业中显示了特别的抑制效果。聚胺还具有生物毒性小,环境相容性好的特点。在钻井液中加入聚胺可以有效降低钻井液的滤失,改善钻井液的流变性能。通过对聚胺理化性能的比较分析,在传统的聚合物钻井液中加入UHIB聚胺进行抑制性改进,建立了聚胺聚合物钻井液体系,并对该体系进行了常规性能评价。结果表明,经过聚胺优化改进后的聚合物钻井液体系具有更加优良的抑制性能和更好的流变性能、滤失性能和抗污染性能,适宜于在高水敏、高造浆及高压和易污染地层使用。

Abstract:The polyamine drilling fluid is a new type of high-performance water-based drilling fluid which has been successfully applied in field at abroad in recent years to replace the oil-based drilling fluid. The polyamine drilling fluid,which is featured by low bio-toxicity and good environmental compatibility,shows a significant inhibition effect in high mud or high water-sensitive formation drilling operations. Adding the polyamine inhibitor into drilling fluid can effectively reduce the filtration and improve the rheological behavior of drilling fluid. This paper analyzes the physiochemical properties of the polyamine inhibitor,and establishes a polyamine polymer drilling fluid system by means of adding UHIB polyamine into traditional polymer drilling fluid. Conventional properties of this system have been evaluated in this paper. The result indicates that the polymer drilling fluid system optimized by polyamine shows a high-performance such as excellent rejection performance,better rheological and filtration properties,and environment protection functions,thus it is suitable for high water-sensitive,high mud,high pressure or vulnerable formation drilling operations.
