现金流量法在油气储量经济评价中的应用

研究分析储量的经济效益对勘探开发决策有重要意义，其中对已探明储量进行经济评价，划分储量经济等级，可为编制年度及中长期规划提供科学依据，避免盲目动用低经济效益或无经济效益的储量，造成投资决策失误。文章以获得探明储量的肇州油田肇40区块为例，应用现金流量法对其进行了储量技术经济评价。计算结果表明，该项目的开发建设效益差，勘探开发投资只有不多于251000万元，该项目才能达到基准回收期。建议对该油田采用小井眼、无油管采油、注水、地面简化等一系列科技攻关措施，减少投资，还是可使其开发建设具有较好的经济效益。

APPLICATION OF CASH FLOW METHOD IN OIL/GAS RESERVES ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT: TAKING THE BLOCK ZHAO 40 AS AN EXAMPLE

It is very important for the decision-making of oil & gas exploration and development to study on reserve's economic assessment. Through revaluating economically on the proved reserves and classifying the reserves into different economical scales to provide scientific foundation for the oil companies to work out their yearly or metaphase and long-term exploration, this helps void employing low or none economic estimate reserve blindly and void engendering wrong unnecessary investment decision-making. Taking an example the Block Zhao 40 in the Zhaozhou Oilfield with the obtained proved reserves, the Cash Flow Method has been used to revaluate its reserve's technical economics. The result shows that less profit will be on the exploration of this block, and only less than 2,510,000,000 Yuan RMB invested in exploration and development will the project reach the basic payback period. It is suggested that a series of technological measures should be taken such as slim hole, non-tubing oil extraction, water injection, and ground simplifying, and so on, which helps reduce the investment and obtain better economic profit in the oil and gas exploitation and construction.
