摘    要:四川地区地质条件复杂,深井超深井钻井速度低、完井要求高、勘探开发成本高,严重制约了深部地层油气勘探开发的进程。为此,对影响四川复杂地质条件下深井超深井钻井速度的主要技术难点进行了分析,并根据龙岗1井的成功经验和当前国内外钻井技术现状,提出了四川复杂地质条件深井超深井提高钻井速度的技术途径,包括浅中层沙溪庙组-须家河组层段采用气体钻井、中深层雷口坡组-长兴组层段采用复合钻井(螺杆钻具+转盘配合PDC钻头)等新工艺、新技术与成熟技术配套应用的提速技术方案以及科学设计井身结构、配套应用新工艺、新技术和加强钻井装备配套等做法。

Abstract:The geologic conditions in Sichuan area are very complicated, and so the drilling of deep and ultra-deep wells has disadvantages of low rate, demanding completion requirements, and high exploration and development costs. The low rate when drilling deep formations has severely limited the progress developing deep reservoir formations. Whereby herein the major technical challenges impeding the improvement of deep or ultra-deep well drilling in complicated Sichuan geologic conditions have been analyzed, and new measures to be adopted to improve the deep and ultra-deep drilling rate in Sichuan have been proposed based on the successful experiences on Well Longgang-1 and the current status quo of drilling technology at home and abroad. The measures include adopting gas drilling in shallow Shaximiao-Xujiahe formations, adopting composite drilling (PDM rotary drilling PDC bit) in medium-deep Leikoupo-Changxing formations, integration of new technologies and proven technologies, and optimization of casing program design, drilling equipment packaging, etc.
