摘    要:提高总硫回收率,减少SO2排放所造成的大气污染问题一直是硫磺回收及尾气处理领域技术发展的重点。国外最新开发的低温SCOT尾气处理工艺,利用新研制的低温加氢催化剂,结合装置的优化设计,改善了系统的稳定性和可操作性,达到了节约投资、节能降耗的目的。该工艺与传统SCOT工艺相比具有更低的设备投资、操作费用和装置能耗,是一个具有良好发展前景的含硫尾气处理新技术。

Abstract:Considerable attention has been devoted to a higher rate of the sulfur recovery rate and less emission of SO2 in the field of sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment. Using specially developed hydrogenation catalyst, the newly developed low temperature SCOT technology with optimization design on the units has improved operational stability and flexibility so as to save much capital cost and energy and reduce consumption. Compared to traditional processes, this SCOT technology has a far more promising prospect of development in tail gas approach.
