摘    要:向中国东部经济发达地区提供天然气的“西气东输”工程的输气管道,是目前中国距离最长、管径最大、压力最高、输量最大、投资最高的输气干线。文章在对工程概况进行说明后,详细介绍了该管道工程的干线设计,其中包括:设计压力与管径优化选比,压气站增压系统优化,内涂层减阻技术使用,调蜂,以及长江、黄河的穿越等。同时,还介绍了包括流量计计量、标定,自动化控制和信患、通讯等技术在内的整个输气工程的调度管理系统。从而全面地展现了“西气东输”工程的整体面貌和技术水平,在工程中使用的技术有很多在国内尚属首次应用。最后。还对今后的工作提出了建议。

Abstract:The gas pipeline of west east gas transmission which transmits gas to the economic developed areas of East China is the trunk line of gas transmission with the longest distance,the biggest diameter,the highest pressure,the most capacity,and the most investment in China.After taking brief account of the engineering,the article expatiates the trunk design of the pipeline,including the design pressure and the optimization of the pipe diameter,the boosting system optimization of gas compression stations,the anti friction technique of internal coating,the peak shaving,and Yangtse river and Yellow river crossing,etc.Also,the article introduces the dispatch managing system of the whole gas transmission,including measurement and calibration of flow indicators,automatic control,and techniques of information and communication.It shows the entire picture and the technical level of the engineering.Many techniques used in the engineering are first applied in China.At the end,the article proposes suggestions for the future work.
