大型天然气管网调峰方案自动化评价系统

摘    要:为了对大型天然气管网多个调峰方案进行快速﹑准确的分析﹑评价,并优化该系统的运行,提高经济效益,在大系统控制论和多目标决策思想的启发下,将天然气管道输送理论、综合评价理论和决策支持系统理论有机结合,开发出了"天然气管网调峰方案自动评价系统",包括评价数据库及其管理系统、评价方法库及其管理系统、评价模型库及其管理系统和人机界面系统,具有7项功能:1数据管理;2仿真软件SPS模拟管网工艺参数的调入;3储气调峰能力工艺计算;4储气调峰能力评价;5工况图像显示;6中间与评价成果输出;7评价系统帮助浏览。工程实例应用结果表明,该系统可有效改善输气调度管理决策的环境,提高调峰调度管理决策的及时性和科学性,有助于更新工程技术人员在天然气管网调峰调度管理中的观念和模式、优化调峰调度运行方案、节省经营管理费、缩短调度决策周期、提高天然气管网运行质量。

Abstract:Inspired by the large system cybernetics and multi-objective decision thoughts, we combined the natural gas pipeline transport theory, comprehensive evaluation theory and decision-support system to develop a gas pipeline network peak-shaving project evaluation system (GPPES). This system includes an evaluation database with a management system, an evaluation methodology library with a management system, an evaluation model library with a management system, and a Human-Machine Interference system, with the following functions: data management, loading of technological parameters of Stoner Pipeline Simulator (SPS), process calculation of gas storage and peak load regulation capacity, image display of working conditions, output of intermediate and final evaluation results, and browse of evaluation system help. Many project cases demonstrated that GPPES helps make a better environment for operators to make decisions on gas transporting and dispatching management,achieve the promptness and scientificity of peaking load and dispatching decision making, update the management ideas and modes, optimize the associated operation schemes, save the operation and management cost, shorten the decision-making period, and enhance the whole operation quality of natural gas pipeline networks.
