摘    要:贵州赤水地区碳酸盐岩裂缝性气藏存在裂缝发育,断层多,纵向产气层达十多个,各个产层裂缝发育不均一,岩性横向变化大,每个产层又形成互不连通的裂缝系统,构成多个压力系统;钻井使用的钻井液密度高,地层压力异常和漏喷并存等主要特点,致使钻井速度慢,钻井周期长。为此,通过研究分析,找出了影响钻井速度的5个主要因素,采用喷射钻井配套技术和平衡压力钻井技术相结合的方法是提高赤水地区天然气井钻井速度,缩短钻井周期的有效技术。通过旺13井的实践表明,与近几年来同类井比较,机械钻速提高16%,全井钻井周期缩短28%,纯钻时间提高3221%,井深3425m,最大井斜仅39°,取得了显著的技术经济效益。同时,提出了今后提高赤水地区钻井速度,缩短钻井周期的主攻方向。

Abstract:??The fractured carbonate reservoirs in Chishui region of Guizhou Province are of the properties as well-developed fractures,many faults,more than ten gas-producing formations found in vertical,non-uniformly developed fractures in each producing formation,a large lateral change in lithology,forming many pressure systems owing to the disconnected fracture systems in each formation;in addition,the mud densities used were high and the mud loss and well blowout were coexisting in drilling because of abnormal pressures,which caused the drilling speed to be lowered and the drilling cycle to be lengthened. Through analyzing, five major factors affecting drilling speed have been found and it is an efficient technique of raising drilling speed and reducing drilling cycle of the gas wells in Chishui region to adopt the method of combining the jetting drilling matching technique with the balanced pressure drilling fechnique. By means of drilling the well Wang-13, it is shown that in comparison with the same kind of wells drilled in recent years, the drilling speed increased by 16%,the drilling cycle reduced by 28%,the net drilling time raised by 32.21% and the maximum hole deviation was only 3.9° at the well depth of 3 425 m, obvious technical and economic benefits being achieved. In addition,the main trend of the research on raising drilling speed and reducing drilling cycle in Chishui region in the future is proposed also.
