| 摘 要： | 川东开发公司研制的管道防腐预制作业线的上管工艺及上管，髭管、传动、连管功能，满足了管道外壁除锈绝缘连续作业的需要。文章概述了上管机的组成、上管车的特点、上管工艺流程、设计数据以及该作业线的作用效果。经过两年多的运行，证明了该上管工艺及上管机在同类作业线中具有新颖性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the pipelayer developed by East Sichuan Developing Company for pipe anticorrosion in frefab production line and its technology. Its functions of laying, transmission and connection can meet the needs of continuously derusting by isolating on the pipe surface. The composition, characteristics. Technological program, desgin data and the application result of the pipelayer are related, and that it is more novel among the same kinds of production line is proved for two years operating. |
