摘    要:针对哈萨克斯坦扎纳若尔凝析气田的腐蚀环境,从全面腐蚀和局部两方面着手,采用ISO、NACE及国内腐蚀防护的相关标准或价方法,考察了H2S、CO2、Cl、温度及油水比等各因素对腐蚀的影响,在此的影响规律和趋势;预测了气田发生严重腐蚀的可能部位及其腐蚀形态,为气田开发腐方案的制定奠定了基础。研究结果表明,在扎纳若尔凝析气田开采和集输过程的工况条件下,腐蚀环境相当恶劣,具有产出液体的多相性、腐蚀介质的多样性和腐蚀形态的复杂性三大特点。该气田以H2S产生的电化学腐蚀为主,氢脆和SCC共存。腐蚀最严重的部位应在井底,以点蚀为主;对管道而言,要特别注意氢脆和SCC。当介质含水量达到50%-80%时,各类腐蚀均将加剧。

Abstract:??According to the corrosion environment of Zhalaruoer gas condensate field in Kazakstan,the effects of H2S,CO2,Cl,temperature and oil/water ratio on full scale corrosion and local corrosion are investigated by adopting the ISO,NACE and related national standards on corrosion prevention and the evaluation methods.Based on which,the corrosion factors of the gas field are comprehensively analyzed,the main corrosion factor,the corrosion types and the law and trend of affecting the corrosion due to the change of various factors are summarized and the probable position where the serious corrosion may happen and their corrosion types are predicted,laying a foundation for working out the corrosion prevention plan of the gas field.The investigation results show that under the condition of the production,gathering and transportation in Zhalaruoer gas condensate field,the corrosion environment is extremely bad,having following three major characteristics:heterogeneous produced fluid, diversified corrosion media and complex corrosion types.The main corrosion type is electrochemical corrosion by H2S,but the hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking exit simultaneously also.The corrosion in well bottom should be the most serious and its type may mainly be the pitting. For pipeline, more attention should be paid to hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking.When the water content of the medium reaches 50%??80%,the corrosion of all types will go for the worse.
