高压热交换器防冲挡板结构优化

摘    要:为解决高压热交换器内的防冲挡板防冲能力弱、易脱落等问题,设计了一种高压热交换器双层防冲挡板结构。通过建立高压热交换器防冲挡板结构的物理模型,分别对高压热交换器双层防冲挡板结构、圆孔型防冲挡板结构、圆弧型防冲挡板结构进行数值计算,比较3种不同防冲挡板的防冲能力及对换热管的保护作用。研究结果表明,高压热交换器双层防冲挡板和圆弧型防冲挡板相比于圆孔型防冲挡板,能够更好地保护换热管;当水蒸气以相同速度流入3种不同防冲挡板结构时,双层防冲挡板中心速度均值为1.393 3 m/s,远低于圆孔型防冲挡板的2.283 0 m/s与圆弧型防冲挡板的2.651 6 m/s,因此其防脱落效果也更好。高压热交换器双层防冲挡板结构具有很好的防冲能力,能更好地保护换热管,有效工作时间更长,无需频繁更换。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as weak anti-impingement ability and easy shedding of impingement plate in high pressure heat exchanger,a double-layer impingement plate structure of high pressure heat exchanger is designed. By establishing the physical model of the impingement plate structure,double-layer impingement plate structure of high pressure heat exchanger,circular hole type impingement plate structure and arc type impingement plate structure were calculated numerically. The anti-impingement ability of three different impingement plate and the protective effects of heat exchanger were compared. The results show that the double-layer impingement plate of high pressure heat exchanger and the arc type impingement plate provides better protection for the heat exchanger tubes compared with the circular hole impingement plate. When the water vapor flows into three different impingement plate structures at the same speed,the average central velocity of the double-layer impingement plate of high-pressure heat exchanger is 1.393 3 m/s,which is much lower than that of the circular hole type(2.283 0 m/s)and the arc type(2.651 6 m/s)with better anti-shedding effect. The double-layer impingement plate structure of high pressure heat exchanger advantages in good anti-punching ability,provides better protection for the heat exchanger.
