硫冷凝器管接头裂纹原因分析

摘    要:硫磺装置制硫单元硫冷凝器运行较短时间后发生进口侧管接头开裂现象,运行工况和现场检查结果分析认为,冷凝器负荷低与操作工艺不稳定造成壳程液位在管束开裂的部位上下波动,使其产生交变应力并在过程气腐蚀的共同作用下管接头焊缝产生裂纹。对此提出了修复方案和改造措施。

Abstract:Cracking at the corner weld was occurred after short operation for the sulfur making unit of sulfur plant.After the analysis of the working conditions and the site inspecting results,it is concluded that the formation of the cracking at the corner weld was due to low load of the condenser,and shell liquid level fluction at the cracking bundle caused by unstable operating.The repairing methods were presentad.
