摘    要:利用设计的超声振动装置和管壳式换热器模型 ,研究了在不同超声功率作用下 3种换热管的传热和流动性能 ,得到了超声振动对换热器的传热系数及管程压降的影响规律。结果表明 ,由于超声振动产生的空化效应破坏了层流边界层 ,使传热系数明显提高 ,同时降低了管程的压力降。实验还发现超声振动对波纹管的强化传热和降阻效果优于光管。研究结果为波纹管和超声振动的复合强化传热技术在管壳式换热器强化传热中的应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The heat transfer performance and pressure drop of 3 different tubes under different ultrasonic power are experimentally investigated using a tube-shell heat exchanger model and the designed ultrasonic vibration device. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient increases obviously while the pressure drop decreases dramatically due to the effect of ultrasonic cavitation, which continuously breaks the laminar boundary layer. In addition, the corrugated tubes present better enhancement performance than the bare tubes under ultrasonic vibration. The investigation provides basis for the application of compound heat transfer enhancement of corrugated tubes and ultrasonic vibration in tube-shell heat exchangers.
