| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了管状带式输送机的结构和特点,根据某电厂输送燃煤用管状带式输送机现场使用情况,分析了管状带式输送机使用过程中常见的胶带扭曲、跑偏、折叠及胀管等故障的成因。针对故障提出了调整承载托辊角度、装设限位开关、设置头部过渡段压辊以及操作方法改进等预防及处理措施,有效解决了管状带式输送机的故障,可为类似故障处理提供参考。

| Abstract: | The structure and characteristics of the tubular belt conveyor were introduced.According to the site usage of a coal-fired tubular belt conveyor in a power plant,the common belt distortion,deviation,folding and tube expansion reasons during the use of the tubular belt conveyor were analyzed.The prevention and treatment measures such as adjusting the angle of the supporting rollers,installing limit switches,setting the pressure rollers on the transition section of the head and improving the operation methods were proposed,the failure of the tubular belt conveyor were effectively solved.The measures present references for similar failures. |
