超声波定向探头设计与制作

摘    要:通过分析超声波的发射和接收路径及其噪声信号来源,设计并制作了一种定向探头,即对超声波探头的结构进行调整,使用声波准直器来降低噪声信号。该定向探头主要用于奥氏体钢焊缝、铸件、锻件等粗晶材料的超声波检测,可提高信噪比和缺陷检出率,使缺陷的定位、定量更为准确。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the transmit and receive path of ultrasonic signal and its noise source, a directional probe is put forward,which is to adjust the structure of the ultrasonic probe, using sound waves collimator to reduce noise. It mainly used in austenitic steel weld, castings, forgings, such as ultrasonic testing of coarse grained material, improving the signal-to-noise ratio and defect detection rate, the more accurate positioning and quantitative defect.
