| 摘 要： | 气液分配器是加氢反应器的重要内构件之一。在对国内引进的联合油（Union Oil）型气液分配器结构剖析的基础上，开发出一种具有碎流板结构的BL型气液分配器。在专用的加氢反应器内构件试验装置上，将BL型气液分配器与联合油型气液分配器进行对比试验。结果表明，BL型气液分配器综合分配性能优于联合油型气液分配器。

| Abstract: | The vapor-liquid distributor is one of the important internal components in hydrogena- ted reactor. BL type vapor-liquid distributor which had a smashing board in the structure has been developed on the basis of analysis on UOP type vapor-liquid distributor. BL type vapor-liquid dis- tributor has been compared with Union Oil type vapor-liquid distributor through the experimental study on a special internal component test unit of hydrogenated reactor. The experimental results show that BL type vapor-liquid distributor is better than Union Oil type vapor-liquid distributor in integrated performance |
