| 摘 要： | 对现有对甲酚氧化釜锚式搅拌桨结构进行了改进，使氧化反应更加充分，产品对羟基苯甲醛质量和收率达到最佳效果。改造后反应釜体在装置钢结构框架上固定时运行平稳，较好地保护了波纹管机械密封，延长了其使用寿命。

| Abstract: | An anchored impeller structure was improved in existing cresol oxidation reactor, so that much sufficient oxidization was obtained, the quality and recovered rate of p-Hydroxybenzal-dehyde finished products were optimized. The improved reactor on a frame steel structure in fixed time was stable, mechanical seal of moire pipe was better protected, and its service life was extended. |
