开孔接管结构三维有限元建模方法

摘    要:提出一种有效的压力容器开孔接管补强结构三维有限元单元自动剖分方法.它以DXF格式文件为中介,用数学的方法实现有限元模型的自动生成,并能够保证开孔接管相贯区域内都是8节点单元.数值计算结果证明,其计算精度一般高于孔边含有8节点单元的蜕化元有限元模型.

Abstract:The method for generating 3 D FEM mesh for pressure vessels with nozzle is proposed.The finite element input data is established automatically by mathematical method with DXF form files.By using the method proposed,hexahedron elements are generated and there are no degenerated elements with eight nodes in the vicinity of the junction of nozzle and shell.Numeral results prove that the accuracy of the method proposed is higher than other models with degenerated elements with eight nodes elements nearby the junction of the nozzle and shell.
