套管修复轴向穿透裂纹管道极限载荷研究

摘    要:利用套管包覆缺陷是修复缺陷管道常见的方法之一。利用弹塑性有限元分析方法,对用套管修复轴向穿透裂纹管道的结构进行了有限元计算。采用极限载荷系数p衡量结构的极限承载能力,对其影响因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,p与套管位置有关,p随套管壁厚和套管宽度的增加而增加。给出了不同形式下套管修复轴向穿透裂纹管道的推荐参数,可为工程实际应用提供一定的支持。

Abstract:Using sleeve to repair pipe crack is one of the most common means.The elastic-plastic finite element method was applied to analyze the structure of the sleeve covered pipe having axial through-wall crack.The limit load factor p,which was used to describe the ultimate bearing capacity was studied.The results indicated that p subjected to the sleeve location,and was increased when the sleeve width and thickness became larger respectively.Recommended parameters of sleeve are given for practical application.
