摘    要:塔河油田钻井施工中广泛使用PDC钻头+螺杆钻具工艺,导致钻时变快、岩屑细小,影响了常规地质录井岩性鉴定、地层划分及层位卡取的准确性。在阐述碳酸盐岩分析仪的原理、岩样选取、操作及数据采集方法的基础上,针对塔河油田托甫台地区奥陶系碳酸盐岩地层,提出利用碳酸盐岩分析仪获取的碳酸钙含量结合岩性特征的地层划分与卡取方法。现场应用实例分析表明,在已知地层岩性条件下,应用碳酸盐岩分析仪对层位识别与卡取准确、及时、实用性强,可作为一种有效的划分与卡取方法;而在未知地层岩性条件下,应将其与油气显示、电性和构造,甚至古生物资料进行追踪对比,开展综合评价,方可实现层位的准确划分与卡取。

Abstract:PDC bits and screw drilling tools are extensively used in Tahe Oilfield drilling,which lead to faster drilling time and finer cuttings and affect the conventional geological logging lithology identification,stratigraphic classification and the layer sticking accuracy to some extent.On the basis of describing the principle of the carbonate analyzer,cutting samples selection and operation and data acquisition method,according to each group of the formation in Ordovician of Tuoputai area in Tahe Oilfield,the paper put forward the stratigraphic classification and layer sticking method by the calcium carbonate content derived from the carbonate analyzer with the lithological characteristics.The application examples showed that the layer identification and sticking were accurate and timely when stratigraphic lithologic conditions were known,and the method can be taken as an effective classification and the layer sticking method.While the lithology conditions are unknown,the combination of contrasting oil and gas show,electrical property,even paleontology comparison and structure comparison should be applied,the accurate classification and sticking could be achieved.
