水平井地质导向技术在周清庄油田薄油层中的应用

摘    要:周清庄油田存在地层产状陡、砂体厚度薄、油层埋藏深等特征,导致水平井在油层钻进过程中,极易造成井眼轨迹出层,为了解决这一难题,开展了水平井地质导向技术研究。通过分析该地区邻井钻遇储集层的实际情况,结合录井曲线中的钻时、气测以及测井曲线中的自然伽马、电阻率等参数对周清庄地区沙三3储集层的标志层以及储集层内部进行精细划分,在纵向上建立储集层与标志层在岩性、电性上的响应特征模型,并以该模型指导水平井钻进,即首先把钻遇的标志层与模型中的标志层进行分析对比确保着陆于油层,其次运用“蛙泳法”计算地层动态倾角,为确保水平段始终处于目的层内及时调整井眼轨迹,最终达到提高储集层钻遇率的目的。

Abstract:There are features of steep formation occurrence,thin sand body and deeply buried reservoir in Zhouqingzhuang Oilfield,resulting in the trajectory of horizontal wells being prone to be out of the reservoir during drilling.To solve this problem,research on geosteering technique for horizontal wells is carried out.By analyzing the actual situation in the reservoirs drilled in adjoining wells in the area and combining the drilling time in mud logging curves and the natural gamma,resistivity in gas logging and well logging curves,the key horizon of the Third Member of Shahejie Formation and the inside of the reservoir are finely divided.The corresponding characteristics model of lithology and electrical properties of the reservoir and key horizon are established longitudinally,which are taken to guide the drilling of horizontal wells.First,analyze and compare the drilled key horizon with that in the model to ensure landing in oil reservoirs.Second,use"Wayong Method"to calculate the dynamic dip angle of formation.The well trajectory is adjusted in time to ensure that the horizontal section is always in the key beds.Eventually,the goal of increasing drilling rate of reservoirs is achieved.
