| 摘 要： | 文中阐述了某超大型冷凝器管柬的制造工艺。该脱乙烷塔冷凝器的直径为2．8m、厚度为170mm、总重量达72．8t、材质为09MnNiDIV，制造工艺复杂、施工质量控制难度较高。针对设备的具体结构，结合多年的容器制造经验，成功的完成了该冷凝器管束的制造安装。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the manufacture process for tube bundle of a supper-large condenser.This deethanizing column condenser has diameter of 2.8 m,thickness of 170 mm,total weight of 72.8t,09MnNiDIV as material,and its manufacture is complex and construction is difficult to control.Aiming at the specific structure of the equipment and combined with many years of experience,the manufacture and installation of this condenser tube bundle was completed. |
