| 摘 要： | 苯乙烯焦油为苯乙烯生产过程中产生的副产品,其主要成分是苯乙烯聚合物以及组成复杂的衍生物、低聚物等,一般作为燃料燃烧或废物出厂。随着环保管控的升级,苯乙烯焦油的加工利用难度也随之增大。近年来,为解决苯乙烯焦油的有效利用问题,以提高其利用价值,对其进行了研究,主要包括炼油装置掺炼,回收有效组分,制备磺酸盐,用于石油开采等方面。通过以上技术措施对苯乙烯焦油进行利用,能解决目前加工利用难的问题,提高其利用价值,对苯乙烯焦油的综合利用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Styrene tar is a by-product produced in the production process of styrene.Its main composition is styrene polymer and complex derivatives,oligomers,etc.,which is generally used as fuel combustion or waste release.With the upgrading of environmental protection control,the processing and utilization of styrene tar is becoming more difficult.In recent years,in order to solve the problem of effective utilization of styrene tar and improve its utilization value,research on blending refining,recovery of effective components,preparation of sulfonates,utilization in petroleum exploitation,had been carried on.The utilization of styrene tar through the above technical measures can solve the problem of difficult processing and utilization at present,improve its utilization value,and prospect the comprehensive utilization of styrene tar. |
