摘    要:针对某炼化公司连续重整装置在低负荷下,氢气增压机K-202的汽轮机在运行中出现的轴振动增大的问题,从多个角度分析原因,并取多组数值,通过计算对K-202运行参数进行处理,寻找与汽轮机轴振动变化趋势相同的运行参数,最后得出K-202的1、2级压缩机功率差值在汽轮机功率中占比增大是汽轮机轴振动增大的主要原因.从压缩功率公式...

Abstract:Further to the problem of shaft vibration increase of the steam turbine of hydrogen booster compressor K-202 in a CCR unit under low load,this paper analyzed the cause of the problem from multiple perspectives,took multiple sets of values,processed the operating parameters of K-202 through a large number of calculations,and found the operating parameters with the same trend as the shaft vibration of steam turbineand finally concluded that the increase of the proportion of the power difference between K-202 primary and secondary compressors in the steam turbine power was the main reason for shaft vibration increase of steam turbine.From the perspective of the compression power formula,it was concluded that it was feasible to increase the inlet gas temperature and slightly opened the anti-surge valve of the primary and secondary compressor,then the measures was carried out to reduce the shaft vibration of steam turbine effectively.
