石化企业智能巡检系统设计与应用

摘    要:现场巡检对于石化企业生产装置及设备的安全运行至关重要,通过分析企业现场巡检工作及问题,提出了智能巡检系统的设计思路和系统架构,利用手持终端、移动通讯网络和RFID技术,形成了包含巡检点、巡检路线、巡检任务、巡检执行和数据分析等功能的综合管理系统。系统应用表明,巡检工作的漏检率、效率均有显著优化,具有较强的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:Field patrol is very important to the safe operation of production facility and equipment in petrochemical enterprises.This paper presented design ideas and system architecture of intelligent patrol system,used the handheld terminals,mobile communication networks and RFID technologies to form an integrated management system,which functions included patrol points,patrol routes,patrol tasks,patrol execution,data analysis,etc.by analyzing the main work and problems of field patrol.The application of the system indicated that the missed patrol rate and patrol efficiency were significantly optimized,and it had strong feasibility and practicality.
