摘    要:240×10^4 t/a柴油精制装置在连续2次开工过程中,均出现反应器压降快速升高并致装置停工。分别从原料、垢物、催化剂等方面排查分析,确定造成压降快速升高的主要原因为:系统内存在硫化亚铁腐蚀物,开工引油后带入反应器,造成催化剂板结、堵塞;DCC轻油的多环芳烃含量较高,易引起缩合生焦副反应,在系统内沉积,垢物和缩合物形成黏糊状结垢物,随原料油进入反应器,积聚在催化剂床层,造成压降升高。通过对进料换热器、加热炉等系统爆破吹扫、冷油冲洗、更换新鲜催化剂及新型进料分配盘等措施,装置开工运行正常。

Abstract:Further tothe continuous shutdown due to the during two consecutive startup of 240×10^4t/a diesel oil refining plant,this paper,respectively analyzing from the feedstock,scale,catalyst and so on,concluded that the main factors to cause rapid increase of reactor pressure dropwere as:firstly,there were some ferrous sulfide corrosion in the system introduced into the reactor during oil injection which caused catalyst harden and jam;secondly,the blendingDCClight oil contained lots of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which easily caused condensation coking,deposited on the high pressure heat exchanger and furnace tube,formed sticky scale,and entered into reactor along with feed oil causing pressure drop increase.By means of blasting and purging,cold oil flushing,replacement of fresh catalyst and new feeding distribution plate,etc.,the startup and operation of unit resumed normal.
