摘    要:污水汽提置蒸汽单耗量高达310 kg/t,根源是负荷偏大和塔板数不足。文中结合系统优化技术,提出负荷转移和塔板改造相结合的3种改造方案。方案1是换塔—增大塔径和增加板数;方案2是将部分含硫污水转移到另1套污水汽提装置,以降低处理负荷;方案3是负荷转移和部分塔段更换。通过构建模拟模型和优化比较,最终选择方案3。该方案首先将部分含硫污水转移至另外1套污水汽提装置,然后对该污水汽提塔进行改造,下段增加1个塔段以增加塔板数,同时将其它塔板更换为高效塔板。与传统改造技术相比,该方案保持原污水汽提塔塔径不变,不更换塔基础,降低了改造费用和难度,开创了以节能为驱动的改造先例。

Abstract:The steam unit consumption of sour water stripper was as high as 310 kg/t,which was mainly caused by excessive load and insufficient tray number.This paper analyzed the system optimization technology,put forward three revamp schemes combining load transfer and tray reconstruction.Option 1 was to change the stripper--increasing the diameter of the stripper and the tray numbers;Option 2 was to transfer part of sour water to another set of sour water stripper to reduce the treatment load;Option 3 was load transfer and replacement of partial tower section.Through the simulation model and optimization comparison,Option 3 was finally selected.In this scheme,part of the sour water was firstly transferred to another set of sour water stripper,and then the sour water stripper was revamped.The lower section was added to increase the tray numbers,while the other trays were replaced with high efficient trays.Compared with the traditional transformation technology,the scheme remained the diameter of the original sour water stripper and did not replace the tower foundation,which reduced the revamp cost and difficulty,and created a precedent for the unit revamp driven by energy saving.
