| 摘 要： | 分析了1 400 kt/a重油催化装置YLⅡ-10000K型烟气轮机频繁停机的原因,通过采取改进烟机结构等一系列措施,有效提高了设备运行的可靠性,延长了设备运行的周期,为确保装置向"三年一修"奋斗目标的迈进奠定了坚实的基础,对烟气轮机的设计、使用与管理具有重要的指导意义,对于同类装置操作运行具有参考和借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | The causes for frequent showdowns of YLII-10000K flue gas turbine of 1400kt/a RFCC Unit are analyzed, by taking a series of measures such as improving the structure of the flue gas turbine, the equipment operation reliability is improved effectively, equipment operation period is extended, the strong foundation is made for the Plant to realize the target of "one overhaul in every three year", and these will provide a guide for the design, application and management of the flue gas turbine and also a reference for the operation of similar units. |
