半潜式平台零钻压开窗造斜侧钻技术应用

套管开窗侧钻技术是石油钻井中的一项成熟技术,但在不同的作业环境条件下,必须考虑特殊因素的影响并采取相应的措施,否则,会造成作业失败。采用东海丽水36-1-2井的实钻资料,结合套管开窗侧钻作业的成功要点,阐述有关半潜式平台在大潮差环境条件下实施零钻压开窗、造斜侧钻的关键技术和重要细节。

Side-Tracking Technique Under Zero Drilling Pressure from Semi-Submersible Rigs

It is a well developed technique to side track from casing. However, factors affected by different environmental conditions must be considered and some prevention measures are to be taken to avoid failure. Some key techniques and technical details for kicking-off from casing under zero pressure are described in this paper for semis in conditions of large tidal changes, by using the measured data during drilling of Lishui 36-1-2 well in East China Sea and in combination of the success of side-tracking operations.
