沿海输油管道腐蚀渗漏检测应用技术

摘    要:针对沿海地区由于特殊的地理环境和条件,造成输油管道腐蚀渗漏较内地严重的情况,介绍了对目前实际应用的几种输油管道渗漏检测方法并进行了分析比较,指出漏磁检测方法是沿海地区输油管道腐蚀等引起渗漏的较适合的检测技术,联合检测技术,尤其是计算机综合监控系统(SCADA)的应用,是沿海输油管道腐蚀渗漏检测技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Oil pipelines are widely used with the development of pipe industry. Compared with terrestrial areas, coastal pipelines are more invulnerable to corrosion due to the special geographical conditions. Though improved anticorrosive measures are taken, pipeline leak often occur. Practical leak hunting technology and emergency program should be introduced to ensure safety of pipelines. Through comparison, recognition technology of pipeline defect based on magnetic flux leakage is regarded as the most appropriate method. Additionally, integrated defect technology, including particularly SCADA system, is the trend of pipeline leakage recognition technology for coastal oil pipelines.
