水力喷射径向钻孔技术的现场试验

摘    要:为了提高油田采收率,延长油田在老井改造中试验了水力喷射径向钻孔技术。介绍了该技术的工艺原理、选井原则和施工工艺;根据技术适用性对试验井进行选井选层论证,结合试验井的油藏特性进行了钻孔参数设计。试验结果表明:试验井达到了方案设计要求,取得了良好的增产效果,为延长油田老井改造提供了一条有效途径。

Abstract:In order to enhance oil recovery, the hydraulic jetting radial drilling technique was experimented in the old well reconstruction of Yanchang Oilfield. This paper presents the technology principle, well selection principle and con- struction technology. In view of the technical applicability, the well and layer selection of test well was discussed. And in combination with the reservoir properties of the test well, the drilling parameters were designed. The test results showed that the test well met the requirement of the design and obtained good effect of enhanced oil recovery. The technology provides an effective way for the old well reconstruction to prolong Yanchang Oilfield life.
