摘    要:分析了 FM油田水处理系统存在问题,并根据水性分析,确定了该系统采用活性污泥法+膜处理水处理工艺。应用生化技术后,FM水处理站水质得到明显改善。通过一年的监测,发现水处理系统运行稳定,达到了 A2级指标要求;同时整个FM区块注水压力平均下降2 MPa,年节省清水、药剂、电费等费用达86.8万元。

Biochemical modification and effect evaluation of FM Oilfield sewage system
Abstract:The problems of water treatment system in FMOilfield were analyzed.According to the analysis of water,the system was determined to adopt activated sludge process &membrane water treatment technology.With the use of biochem-ical technology,the water quality of FMwater treatment station has been significantly improved.In a year of monitoring,the water treatment system ran stably,reaching the A2 level indicators.At the same time,the average water injection pressure of the entire FMblock decreased by 2 MPa.The cost of saving water,electricity and other chemicals achieved 868 thousand RMB yuan.
