套管整形修复技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对晋45断块油水井套管因受膏岩层非均匀载荷挤压套管变形的实际情况,地面进行了标准套管与变形套管的爆炸胀形试验、爆炸整形对套管材质的影响试验,研制了适用于3500m以内井深的爆胀器材和施工工艺,该技术利用电缆或油管传输将炸药下放到变形位置引爆而达到整形目的。经对晋45断块12口井43井段进行爆胀整形修复施工,成功率100%。

Abstract:In the light of the actual situation of tube deformation which is caused by compression from nonhemegeneous load of gypsum zone in Jin45 bolck,the explosive inflation test of standard tube with deformation one and effect test of the tube material by its shaping have been dene on the surface.The explosive materials and its operation technolgy adopting to well depth whithin 3500 meters have been developed.This technipue is that to lower the explosive to deformation position by use of cable or tubing conveyance.The success ratio of field operations,of which explosive inflation and shaping renovation have been used to 43 times in 12 wells of Jin 45 blocd,is 100%.
