大井径裸眼测试简析

摘    要:用常规裸眼测试工具在 311.15mm的井眼中进行裸眼跨隔测试 ,下封隔器无法密封 ,出现下封隔器胶筒及骨架落井、裸眼旁通弯曲、压力计托筒变形等问题。从工艺技术和工具受力上进行分析 ,认为减小测试压差或缓慢加压 ,提高工具强度 ,以降低在封隔器及其以下管柱上产生的瞬间压力 ,是解决问题的根本方法

Abstract:That using conventional bore hole testing tools to apply straddle test in 311.15mm has problem of bottom packer not seal,its element and body dropping off,bore hole pass by valve bending and pressure gauge carrier disorder.According to analysis for technology and acted force to tools,the basic answer to solve these problems is that to decrease testing difference pressure or operating power slowly,to upgrade tool's strength and reduce the instantaneous push produced at packer or strings beneath of it.
