摘    要:华北油田河西务构造为典型的高压、难采、低效区块,钻井施工面临着安全密度窗口窄、易发生井侵、井漏、黏卡等井下复杂的难题。引进使用简易控压钻井技术,针对河西务的构造进行了应用性研究,通过钻井液密度、井口控压值优选,优化“压力平衡点”位置,达到降低钻井液密度、避免发生恶性井侵、井漏的目的。通过7口井的应用效果对比,控压钻井液密度降低了0.1 g/cm3,平均机械钻速提高了64.7%,证实该项技术在高压、低渗区块或窄密度窗口井段具有很好的应用推广价值。

Abstract:The Hexiwu Structure in Huabei Oilfield is characteristic of high pressure, difficult production and low efficiency, and narrow safe drilling window, water/gas kick, lost circulation and differential pipe sticking are problems frequently happened during drilling operations. To resolve these problems, simple managed pressure drilling technology was applied during drilling operations. Based on applied research work, the mud density and the level of the managed pressure at wellhead were optimized. By optimizing the position of the "pressure equilibrium point", mud density was reduced, and severe water/gas kick and lost circulation were avoided. Application of the technology on 7 wells showed that mud density was reduced by 0.1 g/cm3, and average rate of penetration increased by 64.7%, proving that the simple managed pressure drilling technology is worth spreading in areas with high pressure and low permeability formations, or where safe drilling window is narrow.
