强抑制性钻井液用有机胺抑制剂的性能研究

摘    要:研制了一种与国外高性能钻井液用聚胺抑制剂性能相当的有机胺抑制剂BZ-AN1,对该剂的表面活性、吸附特性、吸附层间距、对膨润土浆pH值的影响等理化性能以及其抑制黏土造浆和岩屑分散的性能、对钙膨润土分散体系流变性的影响进行了评价.有机胺抑制剂BZ-AN1具有独特的分子结构,能很好地镶嵌在黏土层间,并使黏土层紧密结合在一起,从而起到抑制黏土水化膨胀、防止井壁坍塌的作用;该剂能够抑制钻屑分散而又不损害钻井液的性能,能够较好地兼顾钻井液体系的分散造壁性与抑制性.

Abstract:An organic amine inhibitor BZ-AN1 is introduced in this paper. The properties of BZ-AN1 including surface activity, absorbing characteristic, distance of absorbing layers and effects on pH value are evaluated in laboratory, and the results show that BZ-AN1 performs good at inhibiting clay swelling, preventing caving and controlling cuttings dispersed because of its special molecular structure.
