摘    要:塔里木盆地西南边缘构造复杂,含油气层存在不同的压力体系,钻井过程中经常发生井塌、井漏、井喷、卡钻等事故。棋北-3井是位于该盆地西南坳陷齐姆根凸起棋北构造高点的一口预探井,完钻井深6280m,所钻地层复杂。为满足钻井工程需要,该井采用活化铁矿粉加重的聚磺钻井液体系。该钻井液具有抑制性强、抗温、抗污染能力强及性能稳定等特点,提高了钻井时效,降低了钻井成本。

The 6000 m deep-well drilled rapidly with chemically modified hematite as weighting material
Abstract:The formation structures in the rim of South-west Tarim basin are complicated and different formation pressure systems existing in the oil-gas formations. The accidents, such as well sloughing, lost circulation, well blowout, pipe-sticking and etc. are often encountered during drilling operation. Qibei-3 well, a wildcat well in this area, has been successfully drilled using polysulfonated drilling fluid system with chemically modified hematite as weighting material with the well depth up to 6280 m. This drilling fluid system features inhibility, temperature resistance, contamination resistance,and stable mud propeties comparing to the same system using hematite as weighting material.
