加强华北油田钻井液管理提高经济效益

质量好的钻井液不但满足携带钻屑、平衡地层压力的要求、而且防塌，防卡，减少井下复杂情况，利于及时发现油气层。对华北油田钻井液工作存在钻井液材料费用定额低，盲目节约钻井液材料，固控设备不配套，个别井油层段封固质量差，井下事故增多，不利于油气层保护等问题，通过对这些问题的分析发现，做好钻井液技术管理，应强化钻井液设计、加强质量监督、开展油气层保护、认真进行完井验收，是提高钻井液质量，保护油气层，提高经济效益的有效措施。

Some recommendations on enhancing technicalmanagement of,drilling fluid

Good drilling fluid performance is vital for successful drilling operation, while this could not be done by poor technical management. The paper analyzed the defects on drilling fluid technical management in Huabei Oilfield, including low budget for drilling fluid materials, inadequate dosage, poor solid control e-quipment, etc, these in turn lead to drilling problems and formation damage. Some recommendations from design to field operation and inspection were given.
