摘    要:针对胜利油田实际研制出一种新型无固相压井液(SCY)。介绍了SCY型压井液的基本配方,考察了该压井液的稳定性、流变性、滤失量、抑制性、防气侵和油侵能力以及保护油气层的能力。结果表明,该压井液具有流动性好、滤矢量低、防膨效果显著、对油层污染小等特点。

Abstract:A novel solid-free killing fluid is developed to solve the reservoir damage problems encountered in the using of common fluid. The effect of the fluid loss additive, antiswelling agent and salt deposit inhibitor on the property of SCY well killing fluid are investigated. The synergetic effects between the components in well killing fluid are also discussed. Tests indicate that SCY possesses the advantage of good flowability, low filtration , marked antiswelling effect and low reservoir damage.
