摘    要:针对目前MMH泥浆使用中的一些问题,如失水控制、膨润土含量、粘度控制等进行了讨论,介绍了华北油田井深3000m左右井的MMH泥浆性能控制标准。认为MMH泥浆粘度升高的原因可能是由于MMH浓度过低或过高造成的,前者可采用提高MMH浓度的方法来解决,而后者则采用SMP胶液释释的办法来处理。

Abstract:Problems such as bentonite content, control of fluid loss and theological properties existed in the application of mixed metal hydroxide (MMH) are discussed. Mud property design criteria for wells at depth of about 3000 meters are given. It is proposed that the raising in mud viscosity may be resulted from scarce and excess of MMH in drilling fluid, the former can be treated by adding MMH, and the later by adding sul-fonated phenolic resin solution.
