| 摘 要： | 典型的钻井液降粘剂FCLS存在强分散性、含对动植物有害的铬离子及使钻井液大量起泡等不足。为适应钻井技术的发展研制了复合离子型降粘剂PX,这是一种以季铵盐阳离子为主要吸附基团,依靠多种阴离子基团来拆散钻井液中的网架结构并具有一定的抗盐、抗钙能力和优良抗温性能的低分子量聚合物降粘剂。文中对PX的降粘效果进行了评价,结果表明,PX在膨润土浆、聚合物钻井液及高密度钻井液中的降粘效果都较好,是FCLS的5～10倍;经150℃高温老化后,PX的降粘效果与XY27相当;是一种抑制型降粘剂。PX在盐污染的钻井液中的降粘效果良好。经现场应用表明,PX是调整聚合物钻井液流变性极为有效的处理剂之一,加量少,一般为0.1％左右;水溶性好,使用方便,对环境无污染。

| Abstract: | PX is a ropolymer with both cationic and anionic group in its molecular chain . It possesses good thinning effect in polymer mud , high density mud . Its dosage is about 0. 1 % . It has the advantage of good temperature resistance . salt tolerance , and can satisfy the demand of drilling operation . |
