氯化钾-黑色正电胶钻井液在G81-4井的应用

摘    要:G81-4井位于冀东油田高104-5区块构造的中高部位,钻探目的是落实馆陶组9^#-11^#小层含油边界,滚动开发馆陶组8^#-11^#油层。近年来在高104-5区块所布的新井,投产后不出液,经酸化或多次酸化后方能投产。因此G81-4井优选出以保护油层为目的的氯化钾-黑色正电胶钻井液体系,并采用广谱型屏蔽暂堵技术,该体系的主要处理剂为黑色正电胶、氯化钾和广谱型屏蔽暂堵材料。现场应用表明,氯化钾-黑色正电胶钻井液具有很好的抑制性、润滑性和携岩能力,井眼质量好;起下钻和取心施工畅通无阻,电测一次成功,缩短了钻进液对油层的浸泡时间;进径规则,油层封固段平均井径扩大率为2.73%。室内评价和投产后的产量均表现出,该钻进液具有很好的油层保护效果。

Abstract:Well G81-4 is located in the medium to upper area of block 104-5 in Jidong oilfield, which is drilled to locate the small oil bearing layers of NO. 9 to NO. 11 in Guantao group, and develop the No. 8 to 11 reservoirs. New wells drilled in this block produce no fluid after putting into production, and repeated acidizing operations are required. KC1-black positive gel drilling fluid is optimized for this well, and the general-purpose temporary shield plugging technology is applied, with black positive gel, KCl and general-purpose temporary shield plugging materials as additives. Field using shows that this drilling fluid system has good inhibiting capability, good lubricity and cuttings transportation, and regular borehole is achieved; tripping and coring operations are smooth and logging operation is successful in only one time, which shortens the soaking time of drilling fluid to oil reservoir; hole enlargement in the production zone is only of 2. 73%. Laboratory evaluation and its production rate show that this system has good formation protection results.
