高温酶破胶剂在奈曼油田压裂液体系中的应用

摘    要:奈曼油田交联冻胶压裂液体系存在破胶不彻底、残渣量大、地层伤害严重等问题.因此,对高温生物酶破胶剂在奈曼油田压裂液体系中的应用可行性、适用性,以及破胶效果进行了室内评价.结果表明,在100~120℃下,添加酶保护剂后,生物酶单独作用或生物酶与少量APS复配作用,奈曼压裂液体系均可在2h内彻底破胶,破胶液黏度小于5 rnPa·s,残渣量降至380mg/L.矿场试验表明,复配使用高温生物酶和APS复破胶的2口井压裂液返排率均达50%以上,与同期采用APS作为破胶剂的4口井相比高出10%~15%,施工产能效果良好,压裂施工后产量增加27%~36%.
