摘    要:考察了以微硅、膨胀珍珠岩、硅藻土等活性材料及激活剂CK21制成的油井水泥多功能外加剂SP-1,在不同温度下、不同加量条件下对水泥浆各项性能的影响。SP-1与其它水泥外加剂一起使用,配制成了SP-1水泥浆体系,研究了SP-1水泥浆体系的防漏失和防气窜等特殊性能。结果表明:SP-1能调节水泥浆低温性能,使水泥浆在大温差长封固井段中性能趋于一致。SP-1水泥浆体系能提高水泥石二界面的胶结强度,有较短的凝结时间;良好的直角稠化性能和触变性,因此该水泥浆具有良好的防漏失、防气窜(侵)性能。该水泥浆首次在四川地区4口不同类型的油气井进行了现场应用,取得良好的效果。

Abstract:The multiple function additive of SP-1 for cement slurry was prepared from such active materials as micro silica, swelling pearlite and diatomite and activator of CK21 by synthesization and the effects of reaction temperature and monomer concentration on properties of SP-1 slurry were studied. Coupled with other additives, SP-1 slurry was prepared and some special properties such as filtration and gas block were investigated. The results showed that SP-1 could adjust the performance of slurry at low temperature so that could coincide the operation in the long cementing interval with significant temperature difference. Moreover, this SP-1 slurry system could improve the cementing strength of second interface and had a less jelling time and a better rectangle thickening and thixotropy, thereby it can effectively prevent filtration and gas invasion. The ideal effect has been proved by the practices in four different wells in Sichuan.
