| 摘 要： | 冀东油田勘探开发的主要手段是水平井钻井,为满足水平井钻井、保护油层和保护环境的三重需要,在储层钻进中应用了FLO-PRO无固相钻井液.该体系是一种弱凝胶钻井液,专为水平井的储层保护而设计.介绍了该钻井液的技术特点和现场应用情况,并对其性能进行了评价.在冀东油田陆上油田4个区块的应用表明:FLO-PRO无固相钻井液性能稳定,油层保护效果好,流变性独特,携岩能力强,是适用于水平段钻进的优良钻井液,并且对环境影响小,满足冀东油田环境保护的要求. |

| Abstract: | A solids-free drilling fluid, FLO-PRO, was used in drilling the horizontal reservoir section in Ji-dong Oilfield in an effort to protect the reservoir from being damaged. FLO-PRO is a weak-gel drilling flu-id specially designed for reservoir drilling in horizontal wells. This paper discusses the technological fea-tures and field application of this fluid. FLO-PRO has been used in four onshore blocks in Jidong and the application showed that this fluid had stable performance and rheology. Good cutting carrying made it suit-able for horizontal well drilling. Furthermore, FLO-PRO is environmentally friendly. |
