煤层气井用压裂液研究及应用

摘    要:根据煤岩储层的特点,介绍了煤层压裂液添加剂的优选和压裂液的常规分析方法,并推荐了两种压裂液,即活性水压裂液和冻胶压裂液,现场应用表明,活性水压裂液对煤层污染较小,适合较低温度(小于30℃)及压裂工艺所要求裂缝较短的情况,冻胶压皮具有一定的耐剪切性,较好的流变性,滤失性及破胶性等,这两种压裂液加砂量均达到了设计要求,满足了工艺需要,施工成功率达100%,压裂后提高了产气量和产液量。

Abstract:The optimization of fracturing fluid additives and conventional evaluation arc introduced and two kinds of fracturing fluids are recommended based on coal-bed formation characteristic. Application shows that activated water fracturing fluid exhibit little damage to coal-bed formation with low temperature (less than 30 CO2 and short fissure. Gel fracturing fluid possesses temperature stability, shearing resistance, good rheological property and good gel-breaking capacity with less filtrate. Both fracturing fluids meet the technology requirements ancl the success rate reaches 100%.
