摘    要:通过对鄂尔多斯盆地深部地层特点及钻井现状进行分析,总结了钻井液技术难题,研发了强抑制封堵防塌钻井液。该钻井液抗温能力达180℃,并具有极强的封堵防塌、防渗能力。该钻井液在深探井DB8井的现场应用中成功抑制了高温地层的软泥岩造浆,顺利扫除了300 m水泥塞,性能平稳,钻遇渗漏地层时,可将渗漏量减小50%以上,含煤层井段井壁稳定,平均井径扩大率仅为7.33%。在该区块深部钻探中,可推广使用该钻井液。

Abstract:In this paper, the difficulties encountered in deep troublesome formations of Ordos basin are summarized and a high inhibitive performance sealing anti-caving drilling fluid system is developed, that is stable at as high as 180?.The application in the exploration well DBS shows that it can inhibit soft mud stone hydrating and drill through out 300 m of cement plug safely.Furthermore, it decreases the mud losses at least by 50%, and the borehole enlargement rate of coal formation is only 7.33%.
