乳化沥青YK-H在塔里木哈得及轮古地区中的应用

摘    要:塔里木哈得地区和轮古地区在长裸眼水平井钻井过程中,上部地层易渗漏,尤其是哈得地区二叠系火成岩地层坍塌和满失非常严重。利用阳离子乳化沥青YK—H能嵌入不规则井壁微裂缝中、堵塞井壁微裂缝缝隙的特性来阻止剥落性页岩表面水化和渗透水化,抑制页岩膨胀,减少剥落性脱落。防止坍塌,从而达到稳定井壁的作用。沥青材料配合适当的超微细碳酸钙。通过超细碳酸钙架桥。沥青的软化变形填充,可有效地堵塞渗透性满失地层的孔洞。达到防止漏失的目的。现场应用表明。适当软化点的乳化沥青具有很强的封堵作用,有效地防止了地层坍塌及地层渗漏的发生。YK—H在防止哈得地区火成岩地层坍塌及哈得地区和轮古地区渗漏中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Cementation of the upper formation in Hade and Lungu areas and that of siltstone in Hade area of Tarim field are poor, and severe hole sloughing and circulation loss are easy to occur during long open hole drilling operation. Because cationic emulsified asphalt YK-H can insert into the wall of irregular borehole, microcrack in the wall can be plugged, and hydrous expanding and collapse of formation can be prevented. Mixed with appropriate superfine calcium carbonate powder to bridge outside, the asphalt material fill in caves and circulation loss in formation can be avoided. Field using showed that cationic emulsified asphalt YK-H has strong plugging ability without affecting the drilling fluid properties. Two cases of field application have been given and results showed that hole sloughing and lost circulation in the areas have been prevented effectively.
