| 摘 要： | 地震数据处理系统的I/O瓶颈已严重制约机群的运算能力,而GPFS并行文件系统的使用较好地解决了这个问题。本文简要地介绍了群集系统I/O和并行文件系统,详细地阐述了GPFS并行文件系统的原理及工作过程,并结合GPFS的使用情况,介绍了GPFS在地震处理群集系统中的应用。

| Abstract: | The I/O bottleneck of seismic data processing system has seriously restricted the operational capacity of computer cluster,and use of GPFS parallel file system can better solve the issue.The paper introduced the situation of I/O and parallel file system of cluster system,principle and work procedure of GPFS parallel file system in detail and application of GPFS in seismic processing cluster system in combination with practical usage in our institute. |
