南海西江大位移井井身结构与套管柱设计研究

摘    要:井身结构与套管柱设计对于大位移井钻进是非常重要的。阐述了在大位移井井身结构设计和套管柱设计的过程中所考虑的各种因素,以及在南海西江大位移井工程施工中所采取的具体措施。介绍了XJ24-1油田的工程地质数据,阐明了井身结构设计中采用的主要原理及在工程实践中采用的井身结构,利用自主开发的大位移井套管载荷分析及强度设计软件,给出了南海新建大位移井套管柱结构方案的设计结果,该软件在西江大位移井工程中得到成功应用。

Abstract:The various factors considered in the design process of well structure and casing string for extended reach well and concrete measurement adopted in engineering are presented. The engineering geology data of XJ24-1 Oilfield is presented. The main principles adopted in the design of well structure and the well structure practically adopted in the engineering practice are presented. The design results of casing string program are presented, which utilizes newly developed software for load analysis and strength design of casing string. These technology were validated by the successful extended reach drilling & completion in XJ24-1 Oilfield.
